RETURN POLICY - ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are considered final.
Your Neon Sign will arrive to you in excellent condition. We have less than a 1% breakage rate.
If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at sales [at] firehouseneon.com.
- Open your Neon Sign within 24 hours or in front of the delivery driver if possible.
- Notify us immediately of any problems so we can address them quickly.
- Claims for breakage MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please send an email to sales(at) firehouseneon.com or call us at 1-517-851-9300 within 48 hours of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 48 hours as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. If you happen to get our voice mail during regular business hours, just leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We work hard to make sure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we will credit your card the same day. Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped or on custom sign orders. Depending on your credit card's processes, it may take 5-7 business days before you see the credit on your statement.
